Q. How much will it cost to develop a website?
A. There is no clear answer to this question. How much a site will cost depends on a few factors.

Q. How long will it take for my website to be finished?
A. The time frame for a website depends on the size and complexity of the site, the design and graphical requirements, the time it takes for the submission of relevant materials to the web developer (images/text/pdf files, etc) and the mutual cooperation and joint effort between the developer and client. When all the necessary information has been gathered and the details of the project have been ironed out, a deadline for full completion of the project will be given and respected.

Q. What kind of content should I put on my site?
A. Your website is a virtual extension of your in-house brochure. You should include as much information about your products and services as you can so your clients and potential clients can learn more about you. Your printed marketing materials (brochures, pamphlets, flyers, etc) can be used as a reference to get your website’s designing process started.

Q. Do I create, write and submit my content to you?
A. Yes. You prepare your textual content for your web pages. The content must be submitted in a Word document or notepad. It must be complete, proofed and ready to be inserted into your web pages. Then copywriting and SEO are completed by the developer if you have chosen them as part of your package.

Q. I have digital images, logos and specific photos for my website that I would like to include, how should I send them to you?
A. You can mail in your photographs on CD or send them by email. The format should be .jpg, .gif, .bmp .eps, or .tiff We strongly recommended that your photographs are not cropped or sent imbedded in word documents to insure better quality for optimization.

Q. Will I be able to view the progress of my website?
A. Yes. Your website’s progress will be added in a directory (folder) on our web server. You will be given the link to it and be able to view the progress live over the internet. Or we can invite you (depending on your current internet connection) to an online virtual desktop meeting.

2nd payment of 2/3 will be submitted after the second proof and approval of the design.

The final payment will be submitted when the work is finished and the website is ready to go live.
